Police officer have been serving and protecting citizens for decades, to first understand what is about to be introduced in this paper we first must understand what police are, and who are the citizens that serve under the badge. The police were invented in England and in the United States roughly around 1825 to 1855, the police were not in a sense created to solve crime, crime was at a low and technically it did not matter because crime had more to do with the acts of an individual. The ruling powers invented police for crowd control and riots for example, strikes in England, riots in the Northern US, etc. in the years 1636, Boston had a established a night watch , which this idea worked pretty well as long as the suburban and populated areas

With a body camera on the public servant, just like the one in their car called a dash cam, the police department and government will be able to view the interaction from officer to civilian and visa-versa. As mentioned before about one third of eighteen thousand police officers across the United States are utilizing a body camera, provided by a company called Taser Solutions. Taser has donated body cameras to the Chicago police department as a pilot program to test this solution. If this pilot was implemented in the busy cities like Miami, FL or New York City crime rates and accidental shooting will be more than justified when these situations occur. One story circulating with these body cameras is that a police officer in Arizona was shot by a suspect after politely asking him to remove his hand from his pockets which was the first recorded death of an officer and a suspect caught on film. This solution may or may not drop the crime rate in many states, but will be used as a tool to enhance our justice system and bottle corruption in the largest precincts in the United States. So how does this work , the camera is turned on it is on a buffering stage where its continuously recording and deleting video and with one single click and beep everything can be heard and seen, so from that moment on even the thirty seconds of silence before the recoding is recording. This method helps build trust in the communities and helps concerns in the community as well.
