The fundamental methods of each business achievements is to do the right things in a given situation at the right time. The main critical elements of a company's organizational strategy are mission, vision and competitive advantage. As it describes what is a company business, it’s the market objectives of current and long term with the manner of which it differentiates the company from their competitors (Collins & Porras, 1991). Therefore, most of the organizations are monitoring and evaluating their strategic decision-making in their daily tasks with their mission and vision statements. Established by a group of medical scientists and it is led by Saudi scientist Dr. Bandar Suliman. It was est. in 2016 with an aim of providing genetic and molecular tests for patients suffering from inherited diseases in Madinah region, Saudi Arabia (BndrGENE, 2016).
Mission & Vision Statements
A mission statement describes each of the organization's primary and purpose objectives. That provide the internal primary function of defining the key measures for the organization's achievement by stockholders and the leadership team (Meacham, 2008). Therefore, defining the mission as “Who we are and what we are doing” explaining the reason and purpose for being. The mission statement should be simple and straight to the point.
Likewise, a vision statements describe the organization purpose of what its dose and points to the future. Also, the vision statement communicates values of the organization

(Cady, Wheeler, DeWolf, & Brodke, 2011). It gives direction to the staffs about how they are expected to perform and also inspires the staffs to give their best.

In my opinion, this is considered a limitation
BNDRGENE MISSION & VISION STATEMENTS 6 of their vision statement since there is no focused and concise aspects that the company should rely on to achieve its vision in the near future.
However, the language used to write the vision statement is quite clean and understandable. Linking the Saudi 2030 vision was also a smart move, where the company's vision is linked to a wider and government-oriented vision aimed at the whole industry (Khashan, 2017).
BndrGene's vision pushes encouragement and establish motivation where each and every member of the team is required to fulfill his role in this dynamic medical facility since the goal is to be a reference laboratory open for patients from all across the country. As discussed before, the company has a very far way to go to achieve its dream but it is definitely not impossible if both the management and the staff members believed in this vision and work up their full capacity.
