Biomes Vs Tundra

Biomes are large naturally occurring sections of flora and fauna occupying a major habitat. There are two main types of biomes, terrestrial and aquatic.Tundra and Desert are two types of terrestrial biomes. They are opposite biomes, each different biomes, each one defining itself by the area's unique climate, weather, geological history, biotic and abiotic factors and much more. By observing the many biomes it may seem apparent that the desert and the tundra are the most unlike, however they may be more similar than it seems. The most significant similarity is the lack of precipitation, but actually both desert and the tundra usually have under 25cm of precipitation per year.
