The biological perspective and the behavioural perspectives are different in the way they view the nature vs nurture debate. The biological approach looks at more of the nature aspects and it assumes that all thoughts, feelings and behaviour all have a biological cause. The biological approach also suggests that behaviour cannot be changed by environment rather it is driven by genetics. Whereas the behavioural perspective suggests all behaviours can be learned because all animals are born as blank states and therefore it focuses more on the nurture aspect.
