I was Jean Louise Finch's first and second grade teacher and I am thrilled to be writing on her behalf on the summer enrichment program she is interested in attending. She was a model student, always asking inventive questions and passing my class while exceeding my expectations in terms of grades. I have seen Jean grow as an individual over the years.

Jean grew up a little faster than most of the kids in her school. For example, I was spectating the kids while the were out at recess and as Jean was walking past some younger kids one of them asked her to play a game. She replied with “I'm far too old and too big for such childish things.” I observed that Jean was realizing that she was growly and need to mature.
