Big Nine Outfitters Ltd: A Case Study

The Range Use Plan (RUP) of the Big Nine Outfitters Ltd ( RAN075205) expired in December last year. He did submit a new RUP in last July after he was reminded but it appeared he submitted insufficient information with a rude tone. He was again reminded to submit the complete one as per the template provided but he still did not follow; he submitted another RUP with the similar way, and when he’s asked by phone again he just argued. Finally, he went on to seek a help from Sonja and after a serious of communication, especially by email, she did eventually prepare a new one and submitted for him in last February 2016. The new RUP seems very detailed with a scientific journal style, however, it’s acceptable.
