Product
A product can be tangible, or intangible if it is a service. The core product that BetterBisnes offers is actually a service, a service to make business easier for entrepreneurs. Tangible products are involved, but as an additional option. The idea of BetterBisnes was created to make doing business convenient; with a few clicks and registration processes, you can launch your own webshop. Personalize it, add your own products or services, or add products from wholesalers. BetterBisnes partners do not have to own their own inventory as BetterBisnes also offers drop shipping. Some of the branches have extensions, such as the fashion module, you can add the merchandise module and design your own clothing brand. All the branches are designed

The product or service needs to be easily available. This term also refers to the distribution channel. The services of BetterBisnes are usable, and all information are obtainable everywhere. The challenge for BetterBisnes will be to find a new distribution channel when it wants to extend its operations to far-located foreign countries and to find a way to ship/send the wholesale products to the foreign country.
The current strategy of BetterBisnes is to send all the parcels with ‘PostNL’. As it has a fixed contract with the company, the prices are lower than the regular prices. After discussing this subject with the BetterBisnes team, it was concluded that the company would use PostNL for the delivery of products to the countries who are near The Netherlands. This is convenient for BetterBisnes, as not much will be changed in the distribution

A famous Instagrammer with many followers for example, could have a large impact on the promotion of the company.
Newsletters, television, and maybe even radio will be used for making people aware of BetterBisnes. Furthermore, ‘SEO’ and ‘Google AdWords’ are already applied by the firm for ranking high in Google (Aragelian, 2017).
The advantage is that the director of the company has other companies where he and his team implemented similar marketing strategies with success, so they know how to handle this.
People
The people in the company (employees) are important because they deliver the service of BetterBisnes. Hiring and training the right employees is vital for delivering high quality service. The programmers/software engineers should have the necessary skills to take harmful bugs out of the software and have to be able to make future software improvements. The wholesalers supply products for the extra service. The marketing staff updates the social media pages, Google AdWords, and other marketing activities, while the sales team attract new customers. The visual/graphic designers are responsible for creating new designs for the website. The customer service needs to be friendly, helpful, and must be able to answer any question about the website, and in the case of The UK, they need to speak fluently
