A long time ago on a cold winters morning in Boston, Massachusetts a little boy named Benjamin Franklin was born. January 17, 1706 was the date. When he was 10 years old he stopped school and starting working as a printer with his brother. Instead of getting his smarts from a teacher he got it by reading a lot. He was tired of working for his brother so he ran away when he was 17. He went to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and that’s when his life really began.
