The parents can leave their children with our staff where they can play outdoors or swim so that parents can focus on their goals. The locker rooms are convenient for guests to secure their belongings so that they don 't have to worry about losing or someone stealing their stuff. We also offer Nia, which is a fitness program that includes martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. Nia combines mind, body and spirit as well as the five sensations of flexibility, agility, strength, mobility and stability. This form of exercise is adaptable to all ages and fitness levels. In the article, “A Review of Nia as an Exercise for Cancer Survivors” Nia has be proven to be suitable for women with breast cancer because it reduces fatigue and anxiety. Decreased depression and improvement of the immune system has also been shown to be beneficial through Nia. We have two instructors that take participants of this service on outdoor biking trails. This service is extremely important to us because members are able to get vitamin D and fresh air which also is benefiting the body naturally by improving bone health and ventilation exchange..
