People can reduce their risk of catching a non-communicable disease by practicing healthy behaviors. People can increase their personal safety habits in the home and their community by simply following rules and using common sense.
Vaccinations are important for every person to receive. Vaccinations help the person who received the vaccinations as well as the people they are around. A vaccinated person helps stop the spread of a disease. Some diseases can be fatal, so being properly vaccinated can save lives. Washing your hands can help stop the spread of disease by washing the germs down
