People should have to treat their body condition like walking around streets 30 minutes every day it will lower your blood pressure. You need to take some action in order to change the turning point. From my experiences, I am not an overweight person. Of course my parents affected me a lot, but most of percentage rate that I am not fat person is I always do some activities in home. For example, I have a tennis class in Tuesday/Thursday 12:00pm to 12:50 pm. After that, I go to play tennis at 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. It’s consistent schedule that won’t change for any reasons. It is good to make a schedule that you are going to do, it will make you well-planner, and well-healthy
