Behavioral Observations Upon arrival, Ms. Leep appeared well-groomed, and appeared her stated age. She kept consistent eye-contact throughout the evaluation, despite appearing tense as evidenced by shaking her leg and frequent fidgeting. Leep has been feeling stressed due to being “financially strapped”. She reported that she currently works two jobs and felt as though she cannot pay her bills. Ms. Leep reported that she began feeling stress after her divorce five years ago. She reported that her stress began manifesting at work, when she felt the need to sweep up hair constantly while doing a client’s hair. Ms. Leep reported that on July 1st of this year, everything became worse, as she had recently broke up with her boyfriend of two years, she feels as though she cannot pay her bills, and her sister was recently diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. This is when she began to see bugs, that she believed came from the dogs she was walking for extra money. Once she began seeing bugs, she reported that she washed herself with flee shampoo and cleaned her home for 36 hours straight. She reported feeling so poorly, that she checked herself into the emergency room. Ms. Leep reported that the doctors found that she had no bugs on her and sent her to the psychology floor for further treatment.
