Behavioral vs. Personal Complaint

“You always throw your sock on the floor” -Is an example of behavioral complaint as opposed to Personal complaint such as “You’re a slob” , both provided in the book. In the previous example shown we can clearly see the difference between the two. Like the title represents “Personal complaint” is in fact more personal, aimed at personal characteristics. Behavioral Complaints focuses more on the act that is bothering the other person.

Behavioral Complaint-”I am tired of you always canceling last minute on me”.

Personal Complaint-”You are a flake”.

What do you think is wrong with the behavioral complaint example that is given in your textbook?
