On September 21, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., the investigator arrived at the Beepi, Inc., warehouse facility, at 20540 Belshaw Avenue, Carson, California to receive a recorded statement from Esteban Emilio Carrillo. Mr. Carrillo initially had been interviewed about this matter on August 29, 2016, concerning a 2013 BMW 5 Series, VIN #WBAXG5C54DDY35366 as the Beepi Inc., and could not recall if he delivered the vehicle in question to Hiep Vo, as the company 's Representative, Mark Bonanni stated otherwise. As Mr. Bonanni had information as to Mr. Carrillo being their employee conducted the transaction with Mr. Vo, when the car was delivered him at a Westminster, CA address.

Esteban Emilio Carrillo claims he is employed by Beepi, Inc., as an Inventory Specialist for his company which sells and purchases used vehicles and resells the vehicle by advertising their fleet of vehicles using the internet and other social media networks. He said was employed for two years by the company and works out of the company’s Carson, CA., warehouse.

He stated his primary responsibilities as an Inventory Specialist is to complete the delivery of the car to a customer after it is purchased by a client. He said added responsibilities is to complete the transaction and sale of the vehicle after verifying the client 's name with documents containing the financial transactions coupled with the Department of Motor Vehicle documentation, registration, and keys of the car.

He is also in charge of the upkeep and maintenance of the vehicle inventory in Los Angeles as well as preparing the documentation of the sale of any purchased vehicle by a customer and ultimately the delivery of the vehicle to the client. To complete the provision of any vehicle he stated it is his primary responsibility to match the client 's name with any valid identification such as the customer 's driver’s license, government identification, or a passport in conjunction with the financial paperwork he has on hand during the delivery of a sold

Vo, two older Asian males came out from the Westminster residence and met with Mr. Vo and started to speak with Mr. Vo in their native Asian language. He described the two men as the oldest being in his mid-sixties and the second subject as being in his mid-thirties. He said he did not understand as to what they were saying before the two subjects walked back into the house.

Mr. Carrillo stated after the original documentation with Mr. Vo was completed and verified with the proof of Mr. Vo’s automobile insurance, he handed him two car keys to the BMW.

He recalled Mr. Vo’s physical description as being a male, Asian who stood at 5’03” and weighed 150 lbs. He said he had a small build and his hair was black and was cut short. He said Vo spoke pretty good English and was fluent in what he believes was Vietnamese. He said Vo was wearing a light-colored Polo Shirt and Plaid Shorts. He believes Vo was wearing sunglasses at the time when he met with him.

He said the home address to where he dropped off Mr. Vo’s was a two-story home in the City of Westminster, CA. He said the house was painted beige or had a pink color and had a small front grassy lawn yard with no
