Becoming An Art Director Essay

There are lots of careers that many people wish to become in their life. Everyone has to remember at least something they wanted to be when they were kids. Not everyone is eligible to work, so they have other people do it for them. People either stop their education after they graduate from high school, so they rely on other people. Not going to college or finishing high school can lead people to working at a low paying job and it won’t be a great job either. These are the jobs many students wish to become. One job that does help the world is healthcare, specifically physicians and surgeons. “Surgeons diagnose and treat injuries and illnesses. “They are responsible for the visual styles and images in magazines, newspaper, product packaging and movies. They create an overall design and direct others who develop art work and layouts” (Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2016-2017). In order to become one you must have a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts or a Bachelors Degree in Arts. You must also spend 5 years in another job occupation before becoming an Art Director. The job of being an art director is projected to grow by 2% from 2014-2024. This could be a fun job because for those who love art can now obtain their love of art.
