Most women and teenager in the United States has been a victim of falsely advertisement of the perfect body shape, ideal weight, or trendy fashion, and they think that in order to achieve physical perfection it's required some degree of punishment. According to Beauty At Any Cost it reports “the lengths to which women will go to achieve an unattainable looks, is an increasing problem. As a result, many women feel chronologically insecure, overweight and inadequate, as these beauty images apply to an ever-shrinking poop of women.” Other people believe that punishment is necessary to achieve physical perfection, but some believe that physical perfection is not attained through punishment.

Also, people with high self-esteem accept disagreement and understand that all people have different points of view. Another benefit of people that have high self-esteem is that they can accept new challenges, and are able to step out of their comfort zone to take advantage of the opportunity that was presented. When the person does activities that make them happy he or she will have a higher self-esteem, and that promotes a better sense of humor for the adult. Furthermore, it has been proven on research if an individual surrounds themselves with positive-people they are 75% likely to adapt to those positive behaviors. These individuals will inspire them to become a better person each day, and meet all its short-term and long-term goals. Also, positive people will empower the individual to make the changes they need to be successful. Moreover, physical perfection can also be attained by eating healthy. When individuals eat healthy they have more energy to complete all their daily tasks, because they are eating all the nutrients that their body needs.
