Let us just come to the consensus that we all have dreamed about owning a beach house. There was even that period in the early 2000’s where we would send friends and families invitations to a beautiful beach house party, only to figure out it was a prank. Although not all coastal dwellers live in such luxurious abodes. They are middle class fishermen, engineers, biologists, and transporters whose jobs are necessary to sustain the economy, while having to live in close proximity to dangerous hurricane weather zones. Then it seems reasonable to create a pool from state taxes to give financial support if there were to be a severe storm that basically wipes out a salutary economic center.
