Horror stories are made so people can get out of their comfort zone and experience something they wouldn't want to in life through a movie, book and plays. Horror stories come with a lot of different types of suspense and how the author or the director try to create suspense. A couple of ways they do that is foreshadowing, withholding the information from the reader, making characters choose between two different actions and a reversal of personality between characters.
