When I was in sixth grade I was playing baseball and I hit one over the fence, the umpire said it was a foul ball. If I was playing cricket I would still be in play. Baseball and cricket are kind of similar, yet very different. In cricket they have different equipment than baseball. And the fields are different. For example there is not an out of bounds when you hit the ball. In baseball you have a round bat cleats helmet and a glove for one hand. In cricket your have two shin pad, hemet, two gloves, and a flat bat. In baseball the one glove is for catching the ball but, in cricket the gloves are more just for padding. In cricket the ball bounces on the pitch so the batter has to wear shin pads. For baseball the helmet is for when your batting
