Minutes- Minutes of the last meeting were sent out by email. They were approved by all present.
Financial Report- Treasurer Sara Zimmerman was out of town. Clint Czeschin presented the financial report. The general fund has around $65,000 including cookie dough money. Cookie dough invoice will be paid this week. Trip account has around $24,000 including 8th grade cookie dough money that is set aside for a future trip. We also have a Uniform CD. Special thanks to Stacey Barnes was given for helping get the information together.
Concession Stand- Doing well on Friday nights. Monday and Thursday games have been slower due to band not playing at these games. We still …show more content…
We will serve students 2 meals, pizza and pulled pork sandwiches, on the Saturday, October 15th trip. Tuesday, October 18th, we will furnish pizza for the students. Schedules for these competitions have been emailed. Trailer and U-Haul drivers have also been assigned.
Cookie Dough- Delivery will be October 12th. Please deliver product quickly to your customers since they have already paid. Keep in refrigerator/ freezers until it is delivered. Sales numbers are down this year. In the future, we may want to switch brochures, switch time of year to sell it, or even switch product. Suggested products were Yankee Candles, Bomber Band Discount Cards. Band Pictures- Thursday, October 20th, pictures will be taken in class for the high school, and after school for the 8th grade. Order forms are available in the band hall, or you can order online.
Old Business- John Reding will be meeting with the Sowbug Roundup leader, and will update us when he has more information on it.

They will play at the football game that night, too. 9th grade is still with the high school band during marching season. When it is over, they will start rehearsals for their Christmas concert. Please pay for the t-shirts, if you have not already done so. Orlando trip payments are also due.
High School- The first marching competition will be Saturday, October 15th in Rogers. The 2nd one will also be at Rogers, but at a different school. Maps are available. Schedules have been sent out by email. Then we will have two more later in the month on October 29th and November 1st. Schedules will be sent out as soon as possible. The band still has two home football games to perform at. After marching season is over, Coach Zorman has asked for the band to play at a Veteran’s Day Ceremony in the gym.
Orlando Trip Updates- Chaperones for the Orlando trip need to meet at 6:15 on November 15th, in the band hall, before regular band booster meeting. We will get room assignments and updates at the next meeting. Invoice for all the rooms, show tickets, meal vouchers, amusement park fares have been paid. Invoice for bus trip is not due until next month.
