Reason for Visit: Back Muscle Strain

S: According to the TM He was, an another TM, assisting Karl Tyrus, pull out left fit bumper left hood side, when his back popped. The initial pain was 10/10, after the ice 3/10, the current pain is described as dull aching pain to lateral mid upper back. TM denies any impairment of leg movements, tingling or numbness to his lower extremities. TM denies previous injury to the back.
O:
VSS, in no acute distress, able to move all extremities, No obvious discoloration or edema noted in the back; Normal gait and posture; Full ROM; reflexes and sensation present in femoral, peroneal, tibial, lateral femoral cutaneous nerves, and L2–L5, S1 dermatome; +5 strength in the upper and the lower extremities;
