Back acne is caused by oil, dirt, dead skin, cosmetics, bacterial infection and even lack of sleep. If you want to get rid of bacne, and at the same time, restore self-confidence, you may do so with natural remedies and treatments.

First, get enough sleep. If you're serious about wanting to have a smooth acne-free back, then you need to get 7-8 hours of shuteye each night.

Next, get yourself a long handled loofah. With the loofah, you can shower your way to a smooth beautiful back in the morning. Use a salicylic acid based scrub and apply it generously on your back with the loofah.

These scrubs are intended to be used on your face, but they work perfectly well on your back too. You can choose one of the many brands out there carrying a natural fruit-based salicylic acid scrub to help you eliminate back acne.

To accelerate the treatment, make sure to eat nutritional food that'll support your body as it copes with acne. I am not going to tell you to stop eating processed food, even though that may help.

But what I am going to tell you is that you need to eat more fruits, vegetables and nuts so you can increase your intake of Vitamins A, C, E and the mineral Zinc. As vitamins A and E are fat soluble, the body can’t readily excrete excess levels of these vitamins, so you need to be careful when taking supplements.
