The AzTee Company aims to supply high quality print service at much more competitive rates.. The office is located at Indera Mahkota, Kuantan. The idea is to create a one stop merchandise printing service and advertising center in Kuantan area.

The AzTee’s overall business concept is to position the company in customers mind by providing high quality support and merchandise printing service at competitive rates. AzTee Sdn. Bhd. has acquired a sophiscated printing machine and high technology computers in fulfill the customers’ needs.

The main factors fueling the market are income level, consumer purchasing power and demographic of Kuantan area. The five forces model need to take into account when entering a new place. These include, threat of new entrants, threat of substitute products, competitive rivalry within the industry, bargain power of supplier and bargain power of buyer are the five forces model.

Firstly, threat of new entrants for AzTee Sdn Bhd. is availability of many larger companies around Kuantan. These companies can penetrate into this industry when there is great opportunity to success in this developed town. Since AzTee Sdn. Bhd. is one of the pioneers of this industry in Kuantan, others might follow to do the same business. This, threat is overcome by us by providing variety of services in order to build brand recognition.

Secondly, good facilities and infrastructures cause the supplier’s power is low due to the availability of other printing service companies. AzTee Sdn. 4.3 Competition and Buying Patterns
This one stop merchandise printing service maybe new in Kuantan. Competitors in this type of business primarily provide a merchandise printing service such as t-shirt and bunting banner backdrop. Normally, the sales increase during the major events such Indepedence Day, Raya Festivals, Sport events conducted by governments and others. One major competitor is the Meng Meng Bookstore provides printing service which is also well known company in Kuantan. The company provides service through small retail outlets in malls.

The main keys to success will definitely focus on selling high quality printing service at low-priced . This will act as competitive advantage of our company compare to others.
