Difficult people in a group setting is one of these factors. Therefore, it is necessary to learn how to deal with difficult people in a group setting. From my perspective, there are three strategies can help to deal with difficult people: avoiding to be difficult, picking battles, and separating them. No matter which type of strategy that you choose, the first thing is to identify the person. By identifying the person, you will know what you deal with and the connection between they and the work. Then you can choose strategy to deal with them. If the connection between this person and the work is low and he or she is hard to handle, you can choose the last strategy-separating them. By separating him or her out of the work will save time and avoid many unnecessary conflict. Not every difficult people will be difficult during work. If you can know this person so much and he or she is important for this work, you can choose the first one-avoiding to be difficult. You can find out a way to manipulate him or her to be a baby based on what you know about him or her. Sometimes it is ineluctable.
