This paper provides insight to the history of creating and continuing a person vision which becomes a united shared one in both organizational and management. By building a system of knowledge based on the application of personal as well shared vision this paper would simplify and inform about the ways to build a successful organization. The argument this paper provides not only gives valuable information on the theory of the existence of leadership but it also presents representation for the roles that a team, organization or community play in accomplishing a goal. By giving necessary steps and dimensions of the states of leadership, this report provides insight into the necessary tasks leaders carry out and how it happens. Vision, both communal and personal is a highlight of this paper and in turn applies to the many organizational leadership topics discussed during class.

From the stance of spirituality, servant leadership is reviewed as it is described by the leader serving first and leading second. As described in the paper, servant leadership is typical in religious settings because it connects to the teachings often found in religious texts. This in turn relates to the workplace because of the spirituality and the culture of the organization involved. From the study results it was shown that leadership, specifically leadership in which serving is focused on, positive effects occur in the employees and the workplace as well.
