1- Today, the technological development facilitates the human life thanks to the use of mobile phones, computers and laptops. However, in society we have people with limitations of visions or mobility who face many difficulties in using the computer devices. For example, a person with physical disabilities find difficulty in learning whether he is unable to write or to play educational games found in computers especially for those having movement problems in their hands (Nfb.org. 2017). Moreover, they encountered the difficulty of using computers in the case of the inconvenience of the device table to sit in front of the handicapped learner and to use it or they can’t use the mouse and the keyboard which are considered the main elements in using computers. For blind people, they also have a great difficulty in dealing with the vast amount of information found in their computers, also they can’t read or write files and documents which represent a kind of embarrassment and distress for them. People with vision limitations can’t understand text files, graphics, images and their understanding is limited to sounds (Wicks, 1998).
