On the right-hand side you would list the percentile scale that would range from zero percent to one-hundred percent; with the zero percent margins being listed at the bottom which represents a Zero-Based Organization. The other percentage ranges will go up the right-hand side accordingly, to the top of the pyramid, with the one-hundred percentile indicating a World-Class Organization.
