I believe that possessing a qualification is a huge advantage when seeking employment because employers like to see first off that you have the knowledge and proof of that knowledge. Having a qualification a lot of the time can be one of your criteria's for getting the job you so badly want and after all you can’t expect an employer to hire someone for as a tradesmen/tradeswomen when you have no qualification. If you have a qualification it proves that you can work safely maybe even work safely in a team in a high risk situations.
