Everyone has dreams. Dreams for fame, riches, or even to change the world. If you look around, at one point everything was a dream that someone eventually accomplished. During my time of enlistment, it has become apparent that my dream is to become an Army Officer. The responsibilities entrusted with Officership is constructed with Competence, Conduct, Commitment, and Expertise. Competence is derived within the second verse of the Non-Commissioned Officers creed. I believe the ability to successfully accomplish a task should be a core that every officer should abide by, especially in regards to the quality of work. Officers should never accept below standard work, even with time restraints. While stationed at 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne),
