-As a 91B you have been performing above of what is expected of you. You have stepped up to take charge of services and your fellow soldiers when SGT Carrigan or SGT Aguilera are tasked with other jobs or details. You are doing a great job at it and do not think we haven't noticed.

-Timeliness and Accountability: You have been doing excellent at being on time in the right uniform at all formations and work calls. Remember, if for any reason you believe you are going to be late, immediately call me or any other NCO so we are tracking about the situation.

-Uniform and Appearance: Your uniform has been to standard. You have been shaving often

Keep setting the example for your fellow soldiers. -Self Development: SPC McDonald, you need to make progress on increasing your correspondence courses. If you need help with them let me know and I will help you out. I will ask for your ERB once a month to keep track of your progress. I also encourage you to look into college and use your Tuition Assistance as soon as its available for you. Take advantage of the TA. Civilian education is also very important in your Army career to progress. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask me for guidance.

-Personal Issues: You recently went through a personal situation and called me, since I didn't pick up you did the right thing by calling SSG King. As of now we are trying to be ahead of the game by enrolling you in classes and collecting all the information you will need. Since your vehicle needs repairs i will be taking you to your appointments but if I am not able to, I will let you and SSG King know so we can find you transportation in time. Don't hesitate to give me a call or bring up to me or my fellow NCOs any problem you might have. If you have an issue you rather take to someone else higher in the Chain of Command or outside of it, feel free to inform me and I will get you the help you
