This would benefit both the U.S and Mexico in that in the U.S the number of drug trafficking entering would highly decrease as well as crime and for Mexico, the corruption they are facing would be eliminated and Mexico would be a safer place for their inhabitants as well as for the people who want to visit Mexico.
There is nothing to lose but everything to gain.The U.S and Mexico must understand that this is what has to be done to end this war and stop all the innocent people from dying. We must not see ourselves as united states , Mexico, and the cartels but as good against evil.

As what Shannon says we should not view the war as just the drug cartels against the Mexican government but also see the people who get affected. We must put ourselves in their shoes and see how we would feel if that was our family being affected by the war in order to truly understand that this is what the U.S must do.
Therefore, the Mexican drug war is something that has been going on for many years and doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon. We must set aside our differences and just own up to our mistakes and help Mexico so we don’t have as many problems that come from the
