The Fourth Amendment does protect individual from being unreasonable search. However, in this case that doesn’t make a difference since this is school grounds. In school there are rule and policy everyone must follow as well. In addition if the school feels that they have reasonable suspicion they have every right to search Jacob locker and book bag if it’s on school property.
