Gender Differences In Surah Al Waqiah

Who is Allah talking to? This surah revealed in Makkah, where musyrikin extremely stubborn, so Allah sent down this Surah for those who are stubborn, which he repeated his word “Then which of the favors, miracles, wonders, powers, feats, gifts, and blessings will you both deny and deliberately lie against”
Before, we go further lets we look at surah al Waqiah. There are five topics in surah al Waqiah which are talking about paradise, people with the right hand is the best people, people of the left-hand people with danger, then the creation of Allah and the last one is a passage of greatness of Quran. The contents in both surahs have similar characteristics which in Surah ar Rahman also has 5 subjects which are the greatness of Quran, then Allah’s creation. The third is subject is the day of judgment criminal will end up in the fire of and the heaven for those engaged good deeds and who fear him. And the last one is the best will get into Jannah. Similarly, heaven is for those who are engaged in doing good deeds and strive to worship Allah alone. And Allah repeated his word 31 times and keeps questioning their ingratitude and keeps asking one question over and over again. “Then which of the favors, miracles, wonders, powers, feats, gifts, and blessings will you both deny and deliberately lie against?"
In this essay, I will emphasize the second section which is the creation of Allah. In Surah Ar Rahman, Allah had mentioned all the creation that given to us. The lessons and reminders given by Allah in this surah are truly amazing. Like all of the verses of the Quran, we should strive to understand and true meaning behind the word of Allah to the best of our potential.
