All too often nowadays, customer service is lacking. Gone are the days where the paying customer is right and will be taken care of appropriately. Too many times people feel like they are inconveniencing the wait staff to change an order, or get more condiments, or refill a drink. So finding a place where you can be greeted and taken care of in a timely manner may be the deciding factor on where a person eats the next time she/he has to make that tough decision. Mark S. writes that the wait staff was not perfect, but they were accommodating with such a large group described as “fairly picky”, and that despite the NBA playoffs, they were seated together and taken care of in a timely fashion (par.1-6). This is a place where the patron is taken care of. When the customer walks through the door, they are greeted and seated. While they eat, the managers will come by and ask how things are going.
