To start things off, hunting has been apart of human's everyday life since the beginning of time. There are many people out there that think hunters are big and mean and hunt just to kill. Though there are a few people out there that disrespect the animals, most take great pride in harvesting their creatures respectively. Overpopulation could become a huge problem. Luckily the Nebraska Game and Parks keeps a close eye on all of these situations. If a specific population gets too large, that certain population will need a great amount of food to feed all of their members. For the most part, each population depends on the same prey. When that population needs more food, their prey will fall to dangerously low numbers. When a population becomes too large, the Nebraska Game and Parks will raise the hunting limits or even extend the season.
