Hi Penny,

Thank you for responding to my post and giving me the opportunity to continue the discussion. Yes I feel tht there was a model of learning transfer that took place between the maids. The maids were tight knit and knew about each other's experiences both good and bad; subsequently, they communicated and collaborated about the various households they worked in and their family lives.
