Why Is Abortion Bad

Improved Essays
Contrary to the popular idea that abortion is bad, I think abortion is a good thing because it can save the lives of young people. Now I know that sounds bad because you’re taking a life to save a life but hear me out. On the other hand, I do not think you should be able to have more than one. I say this because it should be okay for someone to have a second chance because having a child can change your life.
For the good or for the bad. Many people can argue and say abortion is a bad thing and how it should not be allowed and you are killing the child, but that’s an opinion just like me thinking it’s an okay thing is an opinion. I think that you should be able to have two abortions in your life no more than that, I also believe you should NOT be able to have an abortion mid or late term. I strictly believe that having an abortion mid

I think that is the right thing to do because you are not ending its life when it is developed, and the perks to giving your child up for adoption is you can get it out of an unstable environment if that's why you didn't want the kid or if you didn't want it all just because. But like I was saying, it has perks because if you did want it just wasn't ready for it you could always go see the child at its adoptive parents home.
Although some families may not let you see the kid because they don't want the child to know it’s adopted. I think abortion is okay, I think you should strongly think about adoption first. I think that Planned Parenthood's shouldn't just offer abortion right away and want the patient to get an abortion, I think the first thing they should offer is to help you find adoptive parents and kind of edge the person towards giving the child up for adoption instead of

Abortion is a very touchy subject to a lot of people. Sometimes you can't even say the word "abortion" without getting disgusted looks from the people around you or getting a lecture about why it's a good thing. Abortion is not a good thing. Why should an innocent life be taken without even having the ability to defend itself? Why should a living thing be told that it doesn't have feelings or that it doesn't matter?…

Even though I would say abortion is bad, there are also some good things about abortion as well. Abortion can be the answer for a woman when nothing in her life goes right or goes the way it should. Abortion gives a woman “more time” to actually think about if they a want a child or not. For some women, it would be best for them to get an abortion due to the fact that they can’t manage their fertility or aren’t responsible or can’t even commit to anything.…

Abortion In our society we have become stupendously crazed with rights, as well as being politically correct. Whether talking about domestic pets or wild animals, there will be a tremendous out cry if they are hurt or treated badly. Even with all of this the unborn child is not protected. Instead of looking at abortion as the solution for an unwanted pregnancy, I believe a person should be looking for the solution to abortion.…

My stance however is Pro-Life or Anti-Abortion, but I look at circumstances individually, and I believe abortion is permissible in certain situations. I believe that abortions are acceptable if the life of the mother or the baby, is at risk. In this situation, either the mother or the fetus could die. The suggestion of abortion is given by the professional opinion of a doctor, but ultimately the mother has the final decision. The mother choses to either live and let her baby die or die and let her baby live.…

Imagine you had to have a baby you were not ready for, could not pay for, or happened under unfortunate circumstances. This senario happens to women all across America which is why I believe abortion should be available for several reasons, first, it should be legal because a fetus is not the same as a independent human being, another reason is that banning safe medical abortions would result in back alley abortions, and the last reason is, a woman should have the right to do whatever she sees fit for her own body. First off, a fetus is not the same as a human being. “Scientists estimate that 55% to 65% of all conceptions are spontaneously aborted in the first few weeks of pregnancy.” (Arthur, Is a Fetus a Human Being).…

There has been a long existing debate of “Pro-Life” versus “Pro-Choice” about whether or not women should be able to abort a child. Many people being Pro-Choice will use the argument that the fetus isn 't a living person, and rather that it is the woman’s body; therefore the woman’s choice. There are other options women have such as adoption: waiting until the baby is born and providing the child a well-suited family to properly care for them. I believe any way you can avoid aborting a child is better than abortion because you give the child a chance for life. An unborn child in the womb contains all of the characteristics for it to be considered living, proving abortion is morally and scientifically wrong.…

FOR ABORTION In countries like Colombia abortion is a very controversial topic because there are many points of view about that. As we all know abortion is the way a woman finishes a pregnancy and it could be spontaneous or induced depending of the situation. My for points of view about this start by saying that abortion materializes the right of women to decide what to do with her body without having a state or society exerting pressure on her free will.…

My position on abortion is the pro-choice side. On this side, women have the choice to do with her body however she pleases, which would provide the most happiness to her with whatever decision she decides to make. Also, she is avoiding the consequences of loss of job or opportunities for the pregnant woman, suffering of the future child, and the burden of caring for the child in difficult circumstances if she continues with her pregnancy (MacKinnon & Fiala, 2015). If a woman didn’t have the option to have an abortion, the consequences to her life, the father, her parents and society are high. If she continues on with the pregnancy it impacts her life greatly, as well as others.…

There could be even more than this, but there has not been an updated census in a while. Abortion is a choice… a choice to kill... my opinion on abortion is that it is murder because they are killing another human being. Here are some facts about abortion, every human being is a person and when they get a abortion they are killing innocent people, less than 1% of all abortions are performed to save the life of the mother… since every abortion kills an innocent human being it is morally abhorrent to use the rare cases when abortion is necessary to save the life of the mother as justification for the millions of on demand convenience abortions. There were 664,435 legal abortions in 2016 that's 664,435 deaths that are babies. And in the 1990 abortion wasn't really a big deal…

The technical definition of abortion is “the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy, most often within the first seven months”. 1973 was when abortion became legal. Women typically get abortions when the pregnancy is unplanned, when the women is a victim of rape, if it was just a pure accident, financial issues, disabilities to the child, and sickness or death to the mother are involved. Only 40% of pregnancies are planned, that means around 60% of them are not planned, which will most likely result in abortion and that, is not okay. Abortion is something that has ended 32,938,000 lives (cdc.gov) before they have even started and it’s about time that ends.…

Among all the moral dilemmas in the world, one of the most prominent nowadays is abortion. Many people believe that a life is a life whereas others agree that it is a matter of decision. Abortion is a huge problem that has caused a wide range of controversy all over the United States. There are two sides to the problem, which are people who oppose abortion or support it. Abortion becomes a big deal when trying to decide whether a fetus should be considered a human being already when a woman aborts. In my case I believe that a woman should not be able to abort a child inside her unless there is some type of serious medical issue where the child may not come out alive. When a woman aborts a child, they did not want, it is like the killing of another human being who had no say or ever did anything wrong to deserve it.…

Abortion can also lead to a serious health complication and in some cases the worst case scenario can be death.
