And if things happen to be unclear to either the patient and or employee, there could be wrongful payment. The patient can either be billed too little or too less. I think it would be a good idea, as I said in my discussion, to put the policy information on a patient packet to even go home and read. What do you think about making a pamphlet or something to let a patient read during their waiting period for a doctor? Or the policy could posted in the exam rooms to read?
