Legalizing Marijuana Cough! Cough! Cough! A man falls on the floor. You see two people drop on the ground you see one holding a cigarette and one holding a blunt. You believe that the man holding the cigarette died from second hand smoking from the person smoking the blunt. But did you know that marijuana is a narcotic that does not kill more cigarettes. Do you believe so? I say yes because from facts it is said that tobacco which is found in cigarettes is shown to have a higher chance to get lung cancer vs a person smoking marijuana. I say that marijuana should be legalized but it should also be heavily taxed to prevent abuse of this drug. In 2015 the federal government passed a bill
