Canada needs to embrace the source because of the support and knowledge of the Canadian Rangers, and the welfare of the unuit people. Though public health would still be an important responsibility for the Canadian government, Canada needs to embrace the source because of the support from the Inuit of Canada have a refined knowledge of the Arctic, and are more than willing to offer protection for Canada. The Canadian Rangers, unique fighting force of the Canadian military who dedicate themselves to protecting the Canadian Arctic, consist over five thousand people mainly consisting of the Inuit people. Their expertise and dedication to the Canadian north makes them valuable for Canada’s protection. The Rangers are willing to assist the government to great lengths in order for the sovereignty of the arctic to be maintained by Canada. Despite the small number of Inuit population in ratio to other minorities in Canada, the Arctic needs to be under protection of Canada to prevent other Nations from mismanaging and neglecting the Inuit people. Due to the lack of use of the Canadian Arctic, the Inuit were displaced to the treacherous areas of the Arctic.
