Araminta Ross “Harriet Tubman “was born in Dorchester county MD and died on March 10 1913 in Auburn NY. She died over a disease called Pneumonia. She lived to be about (90-91). Her mother’s name was Harriet Greene and her father’s name is Ben Ross. She had 8 siblings(Maririoh Ritty Ross, Lenah Ross, Mosses Ross, Soph Ross, Rachel Ross, Ben Ross, Henry Ross, Robert Ross).She married a man named John Tubman. Her and her spouse adopted Gertie Davis year’s later. In 1876. She was a nurse, writer, and activist during the (civil war).Advocate of the woman’s suffrage movement, Civil rights activist and a prominent figure of the underground rail road.
