Abstract The present paper is based upon the tyres. The tyres industry is facing heavy competition in the deregulated aviation market as consequence of the emergence of low cost tyres with good quality product offering their services at prices. The tyres are very useful to the all business people. Because, the tyres plays a vital role to business man customers and passengers. The goods are sent or passes or exchange only through the transport.. In transport, we can use different type of vehicles. The vehicles are run by only tyres. So the tyres are very important component of the business.. The purpose of the research was to study the “Customer satisfaction on MRF tyres in Chinnamanur”. Through this study how many people are prefer the …show more content…
 The study helps to know the factors that influence the customer to dealers.

7. Objective of the study
7.1 Primary objective - The main objective of this study is to know the customer satisfaction towards MRF tyres with special reference to lakshmityres, in chinnamanur.
7.2 Secondary Objective -
 To know the customer satisfaction for the Apollo tyres.
 To identify the competitive position of various brands of tyres in Customer minds
 To identify the factors influencing customer satisfaction.
 To identify the customer and dealer relationship.
8. Research methodology – The Primary data collected from 80 respondents for convenient sampling method.

9. Limitation of the study
• The consumer’s preference may differ in future according to the situation. So the same result cannot be expected in future.
• The researcher was able to collect the data from the only 80 respondents’ who were available at that particular time.
• Due to the time constrain the researcher had to limit the study only to Chinnamanur
