7. Objective of the study
7.1 Primary objective - The main objective of this study is to know the customer satisfaction towards MRF tyres with special reference to lakshmityres, in chinnamanur.
7.2 Secondary Objective -
To know the customer satisfaction for the Apollo tyres.
To identify the competitive position of various brands of tyres in Customer minds
To identify the factors influencing customer satisfaction.
To identify the customer and dealer relationship.
8. Research methodology – The Primary data collected from 80 respondents for convenient sampling method.
9. Limitation of the study
• The consumer’s preference may differ in future according to the situation. So the same result cannot be expected in future.
• The researcher was able to collect the data from the only 80 respondents’ who were available at that particular time.
• Due to the time constrain the researcher had to limit the study only to Chinnamanur
