In relation to the discussion between the differences between the Protestant and the Catholics in terms of the interpretation of the Bible, these two religions have a different way of reading and analyzing the Bible. For the Catholics, the authentic interpretation of the word of God relies on the higher authority of the church, the Magisterium, with the help of divine command and with the help of Holy Spirit (Dei Verbum).
