Anoka County is the 4th largest populated county in Minnesota and is the county I have grown up in and still reside in. My reason for choosing this county for myinventory is due to the fact that currently I do not have a teaching position in which to base my my research on. It is also home to one of the larger School districts in the state which my children attend and I am a product of.

What are the major economic contributors to the community?
According to Greater MSP (2015)World headquaters for Medtronics, Aveda, BAE systems, Pentair Technical, Hoffman Engineering, ATK (Federal Ammuntion) are located in Anoka County

Is the community gaining or losing businesses?
According to the US Census Bureau(2015) Data from 2012-2013 show a 2.2% increase in business growth.

The general attidtude in the community seems to be welcoming to all ethnicities. However, there ae still pockets and places of biggots and those who own ignorance and fear negatively effects quality of life for some.

    Critique of the Rhea Medical Center Community Health Needs Assessment Rhea Medical Center conducted their most recent Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) in 2016. The CHNA data applies to people living in the geographic areas of Dayton, Graysville, Evensville, Spring City and Grandview, all communities of Rhea County, Tennessee (Rhea Medical Center, 2016, p. 11).
