    1) The World Class Wreckin’ Cru had created a fan base in which each member of the group had their own unique image. However, Dre felt that the rest of the group was being too soft in moving forward (more Rock like) and hence yearned for artistic freedom. This prompted him to work more independently as soon as he got the first opportunity (or rather was compelled) to work with “Eazy-E”. 2) This resulted in discord which was illustrated when Lonzo refused to pay Dre’s bail after Dre was put in prison when his car accumulated fines over 900$. 3)…

The music industry is changing more and more every day, and as time moves on it will continue to change as the cycles come into there prime and fall out of there prime. I truly believe that Grooveshark was initially moving in the right direction, or at least I believe there end goals were in line with where the industry looks to be going. The part of Grooveshark’s strategy that I could never agree with was the fact that they allowed others do the dirty work for them. The process in which they allowed others to upload music to there server and then start building capital off of it, and purposefully not paying for it. Not to mention that they knew that what they were doing was wrong and they were essentially holding the music captive for there…

The strengths of Beats headphones are that they are and well-known name brand, are of good quality, have multiple options of products, multiple options of colors, celebrity endorsements, and there was already an existing distributions and sales network for them. All of those helped Beats become a competitor in the market of headphones. The weaknesses of Beats are that it’s price per unit is high, there are other headphones out there that have noise-cancellation, Beats is new to the market, and they have to sell each headphone at a higher price. Some of the strengths that helped Beast because as big as they are as fast as they did also hurt them.…
