On 5/26/17, Ms. Lee’s employer reported that Ms. Lee violated TPAPN’s narcotic/controlled medication restriction by having other nurses pull narcotic/controlled medication for her. On 6/1/17, Ms. Lee reported having been terminated from her job due to violation of TPAPN’s narcotic restriction. Consequently, on 6/1/17, a non-adherent letter was sent to her address on file requesting that she obtain an updated diagnostic assessment and comply with other TPAPN requirements (submission of mutual aid groups, submission of treatment progress reports and compliance to TPAPN drug testing policy).
