Back to 5,000 years ago the mythical and legendary individuals were the ones ruling the fertile Yellow River valley which now is known as China. They establish the basics of China culture. They are three mythical Sage Kings, they are Fu Xi, Shen Nong and Suiren. There were also five emperors which are Huangdi, Zhuanxu, Diku, Yao, and shun. They are also known as the Five Legendary Rulers. Fu Xi was the one who taught people how to hunt, go fishing, and how to domestic animals. He focused on building political cohesion. He helped to better the bond between clans and lineages and also created harmony. He ordered people to study astronomy to calculate the calendar as well. This men Yao inherited from his father and older brother. Shun was around 2250 BC, he protested against the barbarians within his territory. He was known for promoting the position of authority only to people of integrity and conduct. Yao and Shun didn’t perform any miracles but they did govern their people by the virtue of their behavior. Just like Yao, Shun passed his throne to his best official not his son. Yu the Great rule started around 2205 BCE, where at the time torrential flood was happening. Yu was ordered to control the flood. He struggles to control the flood for about thirty years when he finally did it he organized people to develop agriculture by fully using water and soil. He is admired for fight the force of nature and helping the other people. When Yu died, the people put his son as the ruler. The Xia Dynasty was around from 2205 to 1766 BCE. Yu was the first ruler of this dynasty. The dynasty started with virtue and wisdom but ended with Jie as the ruler who was cruel. He was obsessed with power; he had war after war and would force the neighbor ruler to pay tribute. He was also wasting people resources. Eventually the dynasty was overthrown and a new dynasty began,
