1.0.1 Overview
The purpose of this code is to explain what is expected of all employees. This will outline the principles and guidelines on how to uphold the company’s value as well as consequences for violating said-principles.
1.0.2 To whom the code it applies
This code applies to all employees and management of Anchor Climate Care.
1.0.3 Supporting ongoing compliance
All employees are expected to read this code and follow it at all times. Should any part of this code change or additions be made, there will be immediate notification, and employees will be expected to review the code.

Should a client endanger the employee’s well-being such as through aggressive or physical behavior, the employee should vacate the premises quickly. Employees are not expected to tolerate abuse.
Above all else, employees are expected to perform their work and duties to their best abilities. As stated, if they see any unsafe work environment or see that the code is being broken, they are expected to report to higher management. A safe working environment for everyone is the highest priority.
2.0.3 Management
Managers are expected to help ensure that the Code is respected and upheld. If there is a report from an employee, they must evaluate the situation and ensure that the situation is resolved. They must not show favouritism and must not act in an unbiased manner.
Managers are expected to act as role models for all workers to ensure that they are respected and employees know how to act with due-diligence.
