Analyzing My Criticism

In the first two weeks of talks, the effective criticisms were discussed. In the lecture, when you give someone a valid criticism, given in six steps. Criticism should immediately, and based on performance. In addition, you should give a specific and accurate criticism and more praise, so it cannot make people feel embarrassed to give criticism. I have a happy time, because we share this house. We cook together, sometimes we play cards together (opens a positive). But you know, we have made. The hard part is a positive open. Because when you always want to criticize others, it may make people unhappy, the situation may be awkward. It is a bit difficult to expand criticism, but do not let the public discontent.
