In John 10: 28-29 Jesus said to his disciples: “I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand.” (NIV). Many people see this text once you have been saved by God you can loose your salvation, summarized as “Once saved, always”. They deny any possibility for someone to loose his salvation through disobedience or unbelief.
